Booking conditions: The Livi Lions SC takes bookings for the coaches it organises on a 'FIRST COME FIRST SERVED' basis. This includes both members and non-members. Please don't assume that you are booked on a coach unless your request for a seat has been confirmed. If you request a seat by TEXT, your seat will be confirmed by return TEXT. If you PHONE, you'll be told there and then on the PHONE that your seat is confirmed. If you EMAIL, your seat will be confirmed by return EMAIL. If you post on the dedicated booking thread, your seat will be confirmed with a reply post on the dedicated booking thread. Finally, if a seat is booked and for whatever reason that seat is not used (therefore left empty), the person who booked the seat will be liable to pay the fare they would have been due to pay.

Jeez. Thanks for letting me know though.

Grant Dilasser can take his place then if he is still able to make it.

I think that we'll have to tighten up this a wee bit, cos if folk cancel and then the backup list start to pull out without letting me know, the loser is the supporters club that has to subsidise the empty seats.

Plug, I wonder if a fairer way to do this so that the club doesn't lose out is for folk to pay for their seat; whether they cancel or not. Even if the seat is then given to someone else, the seat should still be paid for by the person who first booked it.
