Is the Trust's 1% shareholding in Livi FC or Lionheart Management Ltd?

It's in Livi FC. I can only assume that the new owners have bought Pearse's 70% of Lionheart, who own 96% (or 95%) of the club? I'm sure it's more complicated than that.

Posted the above late last night. My memory's better with a cup of coffee in me this morning. Lionheart reduced their ownership from 96% to 95%, with the Trust being gifted the 1% in exchange for the £12,000 donation. I'm still not clear what the Italians are buying - 70% of the club or 70% of Lionheart?
